The DIGI W-5600CPRII is DIGI's automatic in-line wrapping solution for high-volume operations such as meat plants, mushroom farms and supermarket processing centers, wrapping up to 30 packages per minute with rear-side discharge. A long heater conveyor combined with a tray press ensures a tight, properly sealed package bottom, while a tool-free film-change mechanism completed in under a minute minimizes downtime and supports quick changeovers between film sizes. Flexible infeed and outfeed configuration options let production lines be laid out for maximum efficiency, and easily detachable parts keep the machine hygienic. Unlike the AW-prefixed models, it is a wrap-only machine with no integrated scale or label printer.
