Digi Wrapping machineRGW-560IIThe DIGI RGW-560II is DIGI's product strap banding machine, an alternative to conventional labels that wraps trays with a printed banding strap instead of covering them with a standard sticker. Using thermal-transfer printing at 300 dpi, it prints flexible graphic designs, promotional artwork and product information directly onto an OPP band at up to 12 packages per minute, then heat-seals the strap for secure, tamper-resistant closure. It shares DIGI's 5600-series console for familiar operation, and a console-less RGW-560II CT variant can run as a second printer alongside other 5600-series machines.
