The DIGI AW-5600CPII is the compact, entry-level model of DIGI's 5600-series weigh-wrap-label systems, delivering up to 30 packages per minute while retaining the series' 300 dpi high-resolution thermal printer and extra-large 15-inch full-color touch screen in a reduced-cost design. A newly developed rotational labeler arm enables fully automatic placement of linerless labels, which auto-size to eliminate blank space and paper waste. Automatic, manual and twin-labeler variants are available, and food-contact parts detach in seconds for easy washing and daily cleanup.

High Productivity & User-friendly

Weighing, wrapping, and labeling can be done in one step at a maximum processing speed of 30 packages/minute. The user-friendly extra-large 15" full color touch screen allows label print contents to be previewed on the display, helping to prevent labeling errors.

Economical & Ecological

The linerless auto-label-sizing feature eliminates void spaces on the label and automatically adjusts the label size. Use of linerless labels minimizes waste, thereby integrating environmental friendliness into your everyday work process. AW-5600CPII AUTO integrates a newly designed rotational labeler arm to enable automatic label placement of linerless labels.

Easy Clean-Up, Every Time

AW-5600CPII is designed to be incredibly easy to clean. The parts that come into direct contact with food can be removed in seconds and washed with water. Also, the main unit sits well above the floor to allow mopping and sweeping.
